At Honed The Brand our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
To Canada Shipping Information
- Processing time is 1-10 business days for individual orders (including budget binders and savings boxes). This ensures your products are made fresh. Business days are Monday-Friday 10-6pm EST. This includes fulfilling and shipping your orders. You will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information (if tracking option is chosen) once your order has shipped.
- All domestic orders that offer free shipping, ship with regular mail within Canada UNTRACKED. Meaning there will be no tracking number. If you’d like, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for an extra fee.
- Once shipped, you can expect orders to arrive within 5-10 business days depending on location and holiday seasons. Please check with shipping carrier for a more accurate delivery date if tracking option was selected.
- Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All Other Shipping Destinations
- Shipping costs for all other international destinations are based on weight. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.
- Additional custom fees may be charged depending on the country's regulations.
Honed The Brand is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our possession. For any lost, stolen or damaged packages, contact your mail carrier to open a claim. Once your order is given to the post office, it is beyond our control to guarantee delivery dates.
